The building is strategically located in the city of Gallarate along a busy road, which leads to Milan Malpensa airport. The designer wanted to create a structure that would respond to the client's needs and, at the same time, have a strong visual impact on the surrounding buildings. The alternation of large glazed surfaces with terracotta and copper characterizes the structure in all its parts. The choice of these materials was dictated by the chromatic contrast between terracotta and copper and as a reference to the local industrial tradition.
The material in charge by Sannini was the "T-Element - finish Litos," which blends perfectly with the other materials used for this facade: glass with transparent and permeable effects between inside and outside and copper with its contrasts of brilliance and shimmering effects.
